I'll admit I told a white lie in my previous post on my 6-pack. It was visible last fall, but I lost it in winter-time baking. I decided this would be a great time to drop the bulk-cut phase so many follow religiously for an Intermittent Fasting diet. Obviously, everyone reacts differently, but feel free to join me for the ride whether you're trying to drop those last 8 lbs on your stomach like me; or looking for a total makeover. I picked a poor time to start, as tomorrow is my typical cheat-day(you'll learn more on that in tomorrow's post). Nevertheless, aside from my usual allergy-medication, I have yet to eat. If you plan on joining be for the ride, read up on the topic first, I'll link some articles I read at the end of the post. I've deciding on jumping straight into the Leangains method, which isn't the best choice to newbies, and one article even specifies NOT to jump straight into fasting, but ease into it. That is more-so for those who don't like feeling starved 80% of the time while their body adjusts, but I see it as a fun challenge(call me crazy). I'll try to at least make daily posts updating my progress both in an out of the gym, so feel free to stick around so see me fail or succeed in reclaiming my lost 6-pack!
