- Soldering
- Tin
- Broken headphone
- Clamp and blade cutter
- Two component glue
- A copper wire(opiional)
In the trash I found these headphones and i cut the plugin
You have to remove the plastic layer with the help of the clamp and blade cutter
After removing the plastic layer can weld directly or put a copper wire around the base of the pugin to be able to weld it more easily
Now we have to peel the cable from the headphone, and then burn the tips to remove the paint that covers them, also have to clean the area to remove the burned remains, LOOK THE VIDEO
We will have three cables in some cases four; if there are four wires we have to join the two of the same color.
We solder the common in the base of the plugin and the other 2 in the other points
Finally we tried carefully not to cut the cables the headphone, once we confirm that it works, we prepare the glue
We mix the two components
And we cover the plugin
