FMS helpline in devotees service
The FMS helpline is working to take the complaints of the devotees in Thirumala and solve them quickly. Helpline Tollfrey No. 1800425111111. Devotees can complain about the problems arising in the rooms, such as visions, kulines, nurses, receptions, homeschools, vigilance, health and engineering.
TTD launched the helpline on November 23, 2017. Staff available for 24 hours. Complaints from devotees in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Hindi and English languages will be received. Initially only complaints were received within the FMS department. Now the complaints of all sections of the TTD are taken into consideration and addressing the officers and addressing the problems. An hour before the complaint is received, the problem is being solved. The devotee telephoned the number and filed a complaint immediately after the complaint. The SMS is then sent to the concerned officer along with the devotee immediately. After solving the problem, the devotee will inform the devotee in the form of MSM. At present there are an average of 35 calls per day with the problems of FMS and other departments. Small problem is that helpline personnel can be solicited to the devotees on the phone. However, TTD seeks to cooperate with the help of the victims who have been complied with in a timely manner and cooperating with the authorities.
