Been a while hasn't it, let get the momentum going with a little Italian number.
- Loaf of bread, sliced (sour dough or tiger loaf will do)
- Prosciutto, 200gr should do
- 6 slices of cheese (I used edam)
- Butter (melted)
- Black olives, sliced (handful)
1 - See below, I'm you can follow paint by numbers.
2 - Melt the butter down and spread over both sides of the toastie, generously!
3 - Using either a non-stick pan or flat grill (on high heat) place the toasties down.
4 - Turn on either side until golden brown.
5 - Wait too cool down slightly and dig in!!
