The recipe for biscuits without baking is just right for hot days when
you do not want to turn on the oven. A simple recipe, children are
very fond of helping me make this cookie. I buy peanut butter with a
piece of nuts, you can take the usual and add a little chopped
peanuts, if you want.
0.5 cups of milk
2 cups of sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa powder, sugar-free
3 tablespoons peanut butter
100 g of butter
3 glasses of oatmeal
1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla sugar
Mix milk, sugar, cocoa, butter and peanut butter.
Stir and bring to a boil over medium heat. Let it simmer for 1 1/2
minutes, do not mix.
Remove from heat. Add the oats and vanilla. Stir.
Place a teaspoon on parchment or baking paper. Refrigerate. It turns
out 50-60 pieces of cookies.
