This is a wonderful tasting smoothie that is also very healthy for you!
You will need:
1 avocado
1 Banana
About 7 large dates, pitted
2 cups milk
1 tsp agave syrup
1 tbs sugar
3 handfuls of almonds
Blend all on high in blender for about a minute or until all smoothe! Enjoy your smoothie!
