A light, fresh and delicious salad with shrimp and mango!
This dish is simple to make you so good!
INGREDIENT
4 SERVINGS
400 g pilled shrimp
1 piece of mango
1 piece of red onions
1 piece of tomato
1 piece of red chili
1/2 pot of fresh coriander
1 tablespoon neutral oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp grated pepper
the juice of 1 piece of lime
2 pieces of heart salad
THIS IS WHAT YOU DO
Allow the rack to drain well and wipe them with some paper towels.
Peel the mango and slices into thin slices which are finely chopped.
Finely chop onion, tomato, chili and coriander and mix with the finely chopped mango. Return the racks.
Season with oil, salt, pepper and lime.
Rinse and wipe leaves of heart salad and place them on a dish. Distribute the salad salad and decorate with a little coriander.
