Tonight's meal is going to be the classic chicken noodle soup. But to take it up a notch, we added an egg and yogurt mixture at the end to bring a different flavor.
Here we slowly cook the chicken meat to make the broth and used it as the base soup. Deboning the cooked chicken meat and adding potatoes, carrots, onion, and green beans.
This the the beated egg and plain yogurt mixture we will add right at the end of the cooking process once the pot is removed off the stove. Letting the heat of the soup slowly cook the beated egg.
15 minutes or so later, the soup is ready to be serve.
