Добрый вечер мои любимые друзья. Я снова с вами. И сегодня новый рецептик специально для вас. Это торт из печенья) Очень очень вкусно)
Приступим.
Step 1: Take Ingredients
Cookies - 200gr
Butter - 150gr
Cottage cheese - 300gr
Egg - 3 pieces
Cream - 100 ml
Sour cream - 150gr
Sugar - 200gr
Vanillin - 5gr
Baking Powder - 0.5 teaspoon
Шаг 1: Берем Ингридиенты
Печенье - 200гр
Масло сливочное - 150гр
Творог - 300гр
Яйцо - 3шт
Сливки - 100 мл
Сметана - 150гр
Сахар - 200гр
Ванилин - 5гр
Разрыхлитель теста - 0,5 чайной ложки
Step 2:
Cookies must be crushed, butter melt on the fire, mix everything and put it into shape as in the photo.
Шаг 2:
Печенье нужно измельчить , масло растопить на огне, все перемешать и выложить в форму как на фото.
Step 3:
Then we take cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, cream, vanillin, baking powder and mix thoroughly with a blender.
And then we pour it all into a form where cookies.
And put in a preheated oven to 210 degrees for 40 minutes.
Шаг 3:
Потом берем творог, яйца, сахар, сливки, ванилин,разрыхлитель все тщательно всбиваем с помощью блендера.
И далее выливаем все это в форму, где печенье.
И ставим в разогретую духовку до 210 градусов на 40 минут.
Step 4:
While the cake is baked, take sour cream with sugar and mix it.
After 40 minutes we take out the cake from the oven, fill it with sour cream and put it back for 10 minutes.
Шаг 4:
Пока торт выпекается берем сметану с сахаром и взбиваем.
Через 40 минут достаем торт из духовки, заливаем сметаной и снова ставим обратно на 10 минут.
Step 5:
We are waiting for the cake to cool and you can eat.
