Use Cocoa powder, honey, coconut oil and nuts to make chocolate in just 10 minutes. Believe it will taste very well.
Necessary Ingredients
- 2 cup cocoa powder / cocoa powder
- 1 cup coconut oil / virgin coconut oil
- 4 tablespoons honey / honey
- 3 tablespoons almonds cut into almonds / almond nuts
- 3 tablespoons cashew nuts / cashew nuts
- chocolate mold
- 1 cup water
Method
First of all take 2 different sized sauce pan or utensils.
After this, put water in a large pot and put it in a low flame.
- Put a small vessel over it. Keep in mind that utensils fit on top of large utensils.
Then put coconut oil in the vessel above and let it melted. (You can also use cocoa butter to make chocolate). - When the oil or butter melts well, stop the flame.
Now put cocoa powder in a large bowl and slowly pour oil on it and mix it. Doing so will not make a lump in it. - After mixing the oil and powder thoroughly add honey and mix it.
- Chocolate solution is ready.
Now add one teaspoon chocolate paste in the mold then add almonds and cashew nuts in it.
After that, add chocolate to the mold again and fill it out.
After filling the chocolate, keep it in freezer for 1 hour. - Remove the chocolate mold from the freezer after a certain time and eat it fun.
Note- By adding
honey, chocolate becomes more healthy. If you wish, you can put brown sugar powder.
You can make chocolate from ordinary butter or cocoa butter instead of coconut oil.
After oil or butter melts, add cocoa powder directly into it. But by doing this, there are more chances of lumps in it. So try mixing powder or oil or butter on powder.
- You can also add vanilla acetect and raisins in chocolate.
If you do not have dryfruits then you can make peanut filling.
If you want to make chocolate without nuts, then do not add dryfruits. - You can also use milk powder if you wish.
