I'm just being silly. This is just something I made that is essentially an omelet, but I made it extra fluffy by adding heavy whipping cream, but then intentionally sort of overcooking it to make it a little tougher. The "filling" was cooked breakfast sausage and shredded cheese. Topped with some Frank's Red Hot, of course. Delicious! It's not much different than what I normally eat, but I just like to vary slightly the manner in which I cook my eggs, to keep it interesting.
