Generally, soups are usually ingested during fall/autumn and winter when the weather becomes cold. However, in the heart of summer, I was somewhat craving tomato soup, so I decided to make some using my Tefal soup maker.

Ingredients For Tomato Soup Recipe (Serves 6 - 8 people)
- Tomato 500g
- Onion 1 large bulb
- Red bell pepper (dry) 1 tsp
- Garlic 3-4 cloves
- Salt (sea salt + dried vegetables) 1 tbsp
- Grape seed oil 1 tbsp
- Water (clean, filtered) 500 ml
Meanwhile, I was preparing steamed mackerel fish, rice and lentils as side dish for dinner, which was ready in 40 - 50 minutes, using my electric food steamer (Gorenje) .
