Ingredients
Flour: two and a half cups
Baking soda: 1/4 teaspoon
Salt 1/4 teaspoon of salt
Butter (house temperature): 200 g
Sugar: 3/4 cups
Egg: Large 1
Vanilla Essence: 1 teaspoon
Jam (raspberries, strawberries etc.): 1/3 cups

Step 1
Mix together flour, salt and baking powder together.
Step 2
Combine sugar and butter together with electric beater for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Mix it again with eggs and vanilla.

Mix the mixture with low speed until it mixes well.
Step 5
Cool the mixture after frying it for one hour
Step 6
Make a few balls with a 3/4 inch diameter ball.
Step 7
Now with the thumb of the ball, press the light with a light pressure and make it like a biscuit and fill it with jam. Keep in mind that there is not enough amount of jam to be given.
Step 8
Bake 15 to 17 minutes at 175 degree Celsius or 350 degree Fahrenheit Oven.
