Mabuhay Steemians...let me share a dish which my daughter loves to eat the shrimp tempura.
First is to peel off the shrimp's shell, dash some salt and pepper then set aside. Prepare the following....bowl of flour, bowl of 2 beaten eggs and bowl of bread crumbs.
Dip each shrimp in each bowl and deep fry the shrimp.
For the dippings....grate some ginger then combine it with 1 tbsp of rice wine, 1 tsp sugar, 2-3 tbsp water, 1 tbsp of vinegar and 1 tsp soy sauce.
