
Ingredients:
.- 4 eggs.
.- 4 tablespoons of leavening wheat flour.
.- 4 tablespoons of sugar.
.- Vanilla.
.- Non-stick paper.
.- Nevazucar.
.- Guava jam.
.- Chocolate syrup

To begin with, place the four (4) eggs in a container, as well as the four (4) tablespoons of sugar, with the help of a whisk, mix until a homogeneous mixture is achieved, for approximately 2 minutes.





Then, the spoonfuls of wheat flour are added to it, while the mixture is being beaten, at home we previously pass the wheat flour through a strainer to select the wheat that is in powder, at the same time, a spoonful of vanilla is added.
The oven is switched on at about 180 °C, the tray is prepared with the release paper, and once the mixture has been prepared, it is emptied into the tray.

Place the tray in the oven for 15 minutes, then remove the base of the gypsy arm.

Stretch it out and add the jam all over, then roll it up and place chocolate syrup on top, cover it with a little bit of snowspray and then put it back on again.

This gypsy arm was delicious, and we only needed 30 minutes to prepare it, everyone present loved it.
