Tart with Nutella and walnuts
Ingredients:
- 250 g of puff pastry;
- 1 egg;
- 200 g of Nutella;
- 1 tablespoon of sugar;
- a pinch of sea salt;
- 50-100 g of toasted walnuts.
Preparation
Roll out the dough in a circle with a side about 25 cm and bend the edges to make the skirts. Make a few punctures with a fork in the middle. Cut the edges with a beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar. Put the workpiece in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. After that, bake the dish in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 220 ° C. Remove the dough from the oven, coat the central part with "Nutella", sprinkle with sea salt and chopped nuts. Serve the dish warm.
