Hoje partilho com vocês uma receita de cheesecake de kiwi. Foi a primeira vez que experimentei e gostei muito do sabor.

Ingredients for the base:
Use for the pasta any paleo wafer or nuts (walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, dates) crushed and lining the bottom of the form with vegetable paper.
Ingredients for the filling:
- 150g mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon of honey
- 1 sheet of neutral gelatin
- 2 tablespoons boiling water
- 200ml of fat cream
Ingredients for toping:
- 200g of kiwi
- 2 neutral gelatin sheets
Preparation:
- Dissolve the gelatin in the water, add the honey and mix in the mascarpone cheese.
- Beat the cream and add to the previous preparation.
- In a pot heat the pieces of kiwi and mash with the magic wand until obtaining a pulp, dissolve the sheet of gelatin.
- Place the wafer or the crushed nuts on the base in a lined form with parchment paper.
- Place the filling and topping on top.
And it's ready to eat!

Ingredientes para a base:
Utilizar para a massa qualquer bolacha paleo ou frutos secos (nozes, amendoas, avelãs, tâmaras) triturados e forrar o fundo da forma com papel vegetal.
Ingredientes para o recheio:
- 150g de queijo mascarpone
- 1/2 colher de chá de mel
- 1 folha de gelatina neutra
- 2 colheres de sopa de água a ferver
- 200ml de natas gordas
Ingredientes para o toping:
- 200g de kiwi
- 2 folhas de gelatina neutras
Preparação:
- Dissolver a gelatina na água, adicionar o mel e misturar no queijo mascarpone.
- Bater as natas e juntar ao preparado anterior.
- Num tacho aquecer os pedaços de kiwi e triturar com a varinha mágica até obter uma polpa, dissolver a folha de gelatina.
- Colocar a bolacha ou os frutos secos triturados na base de uma forma forrada com papel vegetal.
- Colocar o recheio e o toping por cima.
E está prontinho a comer!
