Beef meat is a specialty of the Venezuelan plains that was spread throughout the national territory.
All this runs the risk of getting lost, once again the love for foreign cultures seizes important spaces of our country, now the fashion of Brazilian-style meat restaurants has begun, they are proliferating and at the same time those of meat on the stick, and I wonder if the offer is also meat on the stick, why put Brazilian names, why change the culture, why end up with ours? One of the differences is supposed to be that you have what they call a salad bar (salad bar) where you can take the accompaniment of your plate in the quantities you want, including salads, sauces and others, if that is the difference why not look for ways to remain Venezuelan but with a way more practice of providing the service.
Snobbery and fashion attack our culture, but what most attacks our essence is the low identity, the little sense of belonging to the national and Venezuelan on the part of our businessmen, that with the story of refining and improving what is ours. They have been moving away from the road, they have been erasing what we are.
Also we as consumers have been trained to be surprised with the fashions, we have been prepared to erase our history and assume as our everything that comes in another language or with an imported stamp.
I like Brazilian brasseries, but in Brazil, here in Venezuela you have to take care of and support ours, I do not pretend to make you despise different proposals, but despise what's ours? Reduce it? Opaque it? why?
If we really want to have a developed country we must start by loving what we are and improving it instead of replacing it, we must make our culture stand out, we must love ourselves without condition, because those who despise theirs will never be able to develop.
