This was the other bag of mallows that I had as part of my Valentine's gift. I recently wrote about the Raspberry Marshmallow Coat Dark Chocolate 100G ones. Now I am going to tell you about the Salted Caramel Marshmallows.

I was quite impressed with the raspberry and dark chocolate ones, so I had high hopes for the salted caramel ones. I ripped open the packet and inside were the mallows. They looked like they were stuck together. I went to grab my first mallow. I needed quite a firm pull to get it off the mallow it was stuck to. They didn't feel light and fluffy. They felt a bit sticky and firm for a mallow. I ate my first one and the texture was like a very soft and chewy nougat. Not what I was expecting and that's not in a good way either. There was salted caramel pieces or chunks as I feel more appropriate. I thought the salted caramel was going to be ripples or at least fine and throughout the mallow but there were big pieces. It had a fudge texture and a fudge taste. As I went down the packet they were more and more stuck together. Really disappointing!
Terrible texture, terrible taste. Not a pleasant eat at all. I can't believe how different they are to the raspberry and dark chocolate ones. They were really nice. These are horrible! I know these are £2.50 but even at a club card price at £2.00, these are far too expensive. Certainly not worth the money or the calories!
