726 gms of T-bone, couple of royal blues, vine ripened tomatoes, mixed herbs & Himalayan Rock Salt.
Seasoned the protein with both the herbs and H/rock salt. Prep the blues & tomatoes.
Pre-heat pan on high for 5 minutes. Place protein on end of pan (with the fatty thicker side facing the edge this will help crisp the fatty part of the meat) 3.5 minutes each side... sear and flip the blues approximately at the same time... leave tomatoes.
7 minutes later...
