Ingredients for 6 servings:
For broth
Duck's wings or bones 300 grams
Small stick of cinnamon 1 pc.
Small star
Fresh ginger 30 grams
Water 2 liters
For soup
Rice noodles 100 grams
Champignons 350 grams
Chanterelle with 350 grams
Chinese cabbage 200 grams
Onion onion 30 grams
Soy sauce 70 ml.
Fish sauce 3 tbsp.
Bones, ginger, cinnamon and baden are put in a saucepan.
We pour in water and put it on the fire. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to a minimum, remove the foam and cook for about 40 minutes, removing if necessary foam. Noodles are boiled according to the instructions on the package and washed with cold water.
Mushrooms carefully mine cut into 2-4 parts, depending on the size, small mushrooms leave whole.
Pork cabbage is cut into medium-sized slices.
Ready broth filter. Add sugar, fish and soy sauce. Put the mushrooms in the broth and cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes. We add cabbage and cook for 5 more minutes.
Add a large chopped green onion and remove the saucepan from the fire. When serving, put the noodles in bowls and pour the soup.
