If you've been to Hong Kong then you've probably had Dim Sum which is basically a bunch of different dishes served in small steamer baskets or on small plates. There are everything from gyoza (pot stickers), shrimp dumplings, hot buns, chicken feet, sweet dishes, etc.
A dim sum restaurant in Hong Kong has decide to make their offering a new twist but I'm not looking forward to this trend catching on. All this does is make me not want to eat.
You can also find Dim sum in most major cities around the world and if you've never tried it, it's really good with a lot of variety. Just make sure that it is close to authentic and check out the rating before going to a place.
I once found a place in rural WA state that said Hong Kong restaurant and I was in the mode for some good dumplings. I new it was bad when I sat down and saw forks and spoons with no chopsticks (unless you asked) and the "chinese" soup came with crackers on the side. So make sure it's really Hong Kong food and they have dim sum (usually on offereed at set times).
