Now, if you're like me, you enjoy a delicious sandwich at any occasion. On this specific occasion, maybe you're trying to watch your figure or you are vegan for the animals. Maybe you're not vegan but want to try THE BEST VEGAN ELEVENSIES ON THE PLANET. By the way, this is ~360 calories, if that's important to you.

- Place 4 slices of tomato directly on top of vegan mayo. (the order is very important)
- (OPTIONAL) Place 1-2 slices sweet Vidalia onion directly on top of tomato slices.
- Put mashed up or sliced avocado on THE OTHER piece of toasted bread.
- Squeeze your favorite YELLOW OR BROWN MUSTARD on top of the avocado. (This step is obligatory)
- CAREFULLY put two halves together.
- Cut into 90 degree triangles. (This is not optional either)
- Thoroughly enjoy the BEST VEGAN ELEVENSIES ON THE PLANET!
