My children love my cinnamon roll. They always ask to make alot of them.
It is very simple to bake cinnamon roll. Make a simple yeast dough. For three rolls you'll need
1l of warm water,
1.5kg of flour (I used white refined and also wholegrain selfmade flour)
12g of dry yeast
2 tea spoons of sugar
2 tea spoons of salt
knead the dough
wait for a 1.5 hour, until it grows
roll out the dough into a large rectangle, oil it with the sunflower oil, it is an mportant detale, because of that the roll will become not so dry
sprinkle with cinnamon mixed with sugar
put in to the form(s), left it for mor 15 minutes to rest that put n to the oven for a 30-40 minutes
when you take them out of the forms you should turn them up side down, so all the moisture can go away
