I called my workers lawyer Kris Janovcik and asked him why he is misinforming both my worker and her supervisor about the one party consent law. He said that he is not giving me legal advice as he is not my lawyer. I told him I wouldn't take his advice because he is against me. He tried to say because CFS has policies I told him that their policies do not supersede law and he tried to tell me his views on the law and then asked if I was recording him. I as a good gesture said yes and then he said the conversation is over. I then asked to speak to his boss and he stated he does not have a boss. So I then told him I would be contacting his legal firm and filing a formal complaint.
I then called the firm he works for and filed a complaint. The person I left a message with responded very quick and was very professional taking everything I said seriously and said she would get back to me.
I then called my workers supervisors boss and left him a message saying I want to file a formal complaint against both Krysta Shaw and Sharon Cheung. He got back to me and was helpful as always he asked me to write out my complaint to them so he could go over it he seems to think I am a good father based off what I have told him. He is the most reasonable CFS employee I have spoken too in all of this.
I will write this out and deliver it to him in person.
