We had a meeting about my conduct during the visit with my child. They lied and said I was on my phone looking at the time and was not paying attention to my son for 45 minutes out of the 2 hour visit. This is a lie and I asked them for proof and they asked if I could prove otherwise and I told them that had I not been leveraged with my child to waive my right to use the one party consent law to prove my side then I would have proof.
They were concerned about me asking how my son was being treated in care. They do not approve me inquiring to see how they were caring for my child. They continued to lie saying I was not concerned with my son. I told them had they only looked they would see years of putting my child before myself. Also that my son had been eating healthier and was better looked after then how they were caring for my child as my sons teeth were filthy and behind his ears were black with grime and dirt.
They said that I could ask them I told them that they lie and manipulate the facts. I told them they continue to do so. They said they spoke to their lawyer and their lawyer said I cannot record them I told them their lawyer should be fired if they cannot understand the one party consent law.
I looked over some of their demands from me and most did not apply and I explained why but they would not listen. I told them I would participate in a mental health assessment but that I am not the same person I was before all this as this whole process has been ultra traumatic for me. I told them I was going to obtain a prescription for medical marijuana but I also stated that my workers supervisors boss named Rob was suprised that such a condition was even a concern as it is about to be legal.
I told them how while my son was in my care I always put him before myself. I told them how I know lots about a child's development and refused to expose him to people that might be a bad influence. I told them how I had not abused my child and if I did I would just do what ever they said but I cannot agree to their railroading me as I did not abuse my child and I do value my son's development.
I told them that we live in the place with the most kids in care in the world and that they are a part of this machine that has done so much damage to people. I told them the system was being overhauled because it has largely failed and that they are going by rules and regulations that the government has acknowledged need to be changed as they have done much damage over the years and it is about time the whole system is overhauled.
I did not deserve to have my child taken from my care.
I am a great father yet they continue to lie.
I took a picture of the staff wall as the building they work in is a public space funded by a public trust and I want to know the last name of Kristov who lied when he said I was on the phone for 45 minutes out of the 2 hours I was to see my son.
I asked both of them if either of them has had a parent take their own life from having their child taken from. I told them I cannot live without my son and if the judge does not return my son I will set myself on my fire as I have no reason to live.
I would never commit suicide otherwise and should that happen I was killed.
I want to live but cannot not without my child.
