It is no secret that private bankers are in control of the majority of the money on the planet. The ability to create and make money is out of the hands of the majority of people on the planet. Through the private bankers, they are able to create money from debt. This ability is called fractional reserve banking.
There are movements all over the world upwards 20 + countries trying to reform the systems of private banking based on this system. The aim is to amend the banking system putting it back in the power of national governments to make the creation accountable to the Democratic process.
In the United States, there have been proven models were States, in particular, North Dakota. They have been able to take their state bank out of the hands of the private banks. North Dakota has had incredible stability do to this. It's been able to survive housing market bubbles where the rest of the states suffered greatly.
R.I.P.A.C. proposes legislation to create at the state level state-owned Banks. The idea that raising enough awareness about the banking institutions and proposing reform legislation could eventually raise national awareness that could lead to amendments to reform the United State’s privately owned central bank, the Federal Reserve entirely.
The people of the world have been at the mercy of the banking institutions for many centuries. It is being felt more and more today that our financial systems may be preparing for some kind of disastrous situation perhaps even some kind of large-scale financial global collapse.
Implementing state banks or nationalized banks could be a step to taking the control back from the private banks an end death grip of the banks on the planet once and for all!
