The Australian Constitution GUARANTEES that NO MEDICAL PROCEDURE can be CONSCRIPTED.
There are ACTS that GUARANTEE Consumer Rights.
There are ACTS that GUARANTEE DOCTOR PATIENT PRIVACY.
But the most important thing from all the items listed is the FACT that THE CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT was voted in BY REFERENDUM.
Hence IT OVERPOWERS ANY AND ALL PARLIAMENTS.
Now, I understand that the self proclaimed gods, aka "politicians" think and do as they think, they push their own personal and ideological agendas instead of REPRESENTING THE PEOPLE/NATION so it is no surprise that they literally do not give two hoots about any Referendum or Constitution, let alone any existing Acts and Laws.
Yet, it seems to be a time for ALL PEOPLE in ALL DEMOCRATIC NATIONS to pull up our socks and start to protect OUR HUMAN RIGHTS TO INDIVIDUALITY, no matter what our personal opinions may be. The glory of humanity is our INDIVIDUALITY and that is something that MUST be protected at all times.
NO BULLIES or ideological madness should distract us in a way that we become delusional and mimic those wanna be gods aka politicians.
Those MOBS of ideological Borgs need to be put into their place and it will take every single Human Being with a sense of self respect and respect for others as INDIVIDUALS to PROTECT us from all those who believe that their "opinions" or "their ideological humbug" is more important than our HUMAN RIGHT TO INDIVIDUALITY.
I hope that we can stand up to this tyranny and dystopian ludicrous behavior that we have been putting up with over the recent decades,
