Will the opportunities these present be used to create a future with more liberty?

While I was investigating these technologies, I tried to imagine them integrating into a future with more liberty. A future with peer-to-peer exchanges, competing crypto-currencies, and (gasp) avoiding extortion (taxes).
Here I present a taste of what went through my mind, along with many key questions.
The answers to these questions will be provided by the actions of billions of individuals.
You might have a house that is 3D printed and/or made with hempcrete. Your power supply comes from a hemp nanosheet. You have a car made largely from hemp materials. It runs on hemp fuel. You even have some hemp seeds as part of your breakfast.
Who will grow the hemp? Small farmers or huge corporations like Monsanto?
Who will process it?
Small businesses or criminal corporations like Siemens?
Who will transport the materials?
Independent drivers hired on a peer-to-peer network, or giant trucking firms (or giant drone firms?)
Who will manufacture the final products, like cars and houses? Will you build them yourself? Will an entrepreneur? Or will some corporate behemoth like Ford?
Will it be taxed? If you purchase these items, will it be paid for with a voluntary crypto-currency that is largely outside the influence of the central fraud-based banking institutions?
How many of these steps in the production process can be done tax free and avoid regulation from government goon squads?
Will enough people have the knowledge, will, care, and courage to take these opportunities and experience liberty and abundance?
