(Forewords: I regularly look for challenges and contest in which I can participate. Today I came across the post “Weekly Challenge [Share Your Deep Thoughts on dApps]” by sndbox. After finding it I became very excited as I have never participated in one of their challenges before.
According to the requirements of their challenge I had to write at least 250+ words about my Dapp experience. Therefore, I chose to write about my experience of using a Dapp that I find the most interesting.)

Bounties.networkis a platform where anyone can find and post bounty based freelance project. It is a place where the clients and the freelancers meet to collaborate on a project. The Bounties.network sends and accepts payments in Ethereum or ERC20 tokens.
So anyone from any corner of the world can get involved in a project that offers bounty.
How to use the platform
Using the platform for issuing and collecting bounties is really simple. It takes only a computer with internet connection to start using it. The users need to ensure the following things to start using it:
- Have a computer or laptop with Firefox or Chrome browser installed in it
- Install Meta Mask a chrome extension for running the digital wallet
- Some amount of Ether to start offering bounty and working as a Freelancer

How it works
There are mostly two types of users of Bounties.network: the clients and the freelancers. The people who post a project offering bounties are the clients of AND the people who join a project looking for bounty are the freelancers.
Once a client submits a project and set a bounty on it, then it becomes open to all the freelancers who want to work on it.
To earn the bounty of a project, freelancers need to accomplish the given tasks of a project. After completing the tasks freelancers submit their work files or the links which they have created. As soon as a freelancer submits his or her work the client starts reviewing those.
Once the client accept all the tasks done by a freelancer then the client confirms it and the freelancer receives the bounty in token.

Bounties.network is a platform that can help the businessman grow their business by hiring a bunch of talented people. At the same time, it is an excellent platform for the talented freelancers who are looking for work.
Payment Processing, Fees and Security
The Bounites.network sends and accepts payment from its users in Ethereum or ERC20 token. Every transaction made in this platform remains safe and secured. The platform charges 0% fees to its users which means neither the clients nor the freelancers have to share any amount of money from their bounty to collaborate on a project.
