Just about every time I go outside for the past six days I can hear the sound of sirens in the distance if not close by. Every direction you drive there are cars stuck on the side of the road abandoned. It was a mild winter until now, so I didn’t dump of snow for the last five days made up for the rest of the winter without.

Today I had to drive the fiancé‘s car to work as it has winter tires on it where my car is still running all seasons.

Even though it is a challenge to get moving and to keep from getting stuck I really enjoy driving in this weather. Everywhere you look there is beauty with the snow covering nearly everything, hanging from the trees as if defying gravity.

This late snow fall is a beautiful winter train wreck I suppose you could say!
