The last few weeks visiting the grocery store has been hit or miss with food items. Sometimes they have what I need, othertimes not. Luckily the things they are out of stock ive been able to find most alternatives to it in another form.
A week ago I did not see anyone wearing masks or gloves, though yesterday when I went to the store about 25% of people were wearing them. I was quite surprised to see that, maybe its also our pollen count which is almost at 9000. But I think people are nervous about the virus. And should be, alot of people in America are quite unhealthy and this is a threat to them. I hope not to get it too, but im not all that worried about its effects on me. So far I have not heard any of my friends get it, though we are still taking cautionary measures by not hanging out.
Though it is turkey season, and I really want to go out into the foods to go find myself a bird. So @ryulincoln and I are figuring out how we can hunt together but without getting too close. Like taking separate cars, and keeping at least 6 to 10 feet away from each other. Which kind of works out, as you probably dont want to be bunched up when hunting anyways.
Besides that, one of my neighbors asked how I was doing and asked if I needed anything. I replied no and said yeah we are okay and have what we need. Can tell people are worried about it, but seems its hitting other areas alot harder than where I live. Though it would be nice for the grocery stores to go back to normal hours and for the stock to return.
Guess I should just be glad im not sick, and others I love are not as well.
