The music teacher and her band were at the rehearsal for the high school play and she did a sound check. After 15 years of the boring sound check she decided to liven things up a bit. Singing TEst souND CHeck, and a one, and a two, and a three. She then told all band members to play their instruments individually with their own take on how the sound check should sound.
It was the night of the play and the music teacher began the sound check, but when she got to the number 3 she couldn't help herself and kept going. Singing...souND CHeck and a one, and a two, and a three six nine, the goose drank wine, the monkey chewed tobacco on the street car line, the line broke, the monkey choked, and they all went to heaven in a little row boat.
Then the band followed with their musical rendition of the sound check, one after the other. The audience went wild, dancing to the music and having the time of their lives. From that night forward, every time the band played at the school this was the introduction and the audience made sure to arrive early, so they could boogie to the rhythm of the sound check.
