It is called three in one this delicious juice is composed of one fruit and two vegetables.
The orange: it is a citrus fruit rich in vitamins C.

The Beet: is a vegetable that contains important nutrients such as fibers, proteins, phosphorus, copper and vitamins A, C, BC.
Its preparation is very easy, squeeze as many oranges as necessary for half a jug of juice, place it in the blender, add a large beet without a shell and a large carrot without a shell, pass it through a sieve, and put it in the fridge cool and ready then to taste.
