Last night our daughters (3 & 6) got on this kick of calling each other “turd hopper.” We shut it down as well as we were able. Even though it’s funny, we don’t want them going to school and calling other kids names/using inappropriate language…but the truth is, some of the stuff they come up with is absolutely hilarious.
Anyway, this morning wanted to send my wife a meme commemorating our secret laughter last night. I looked online to see if there are any turd hopper memes…and surprisingly (LOL), there were none.
But I did find this list of poop-centric cultural expressions, and there were three in particular I wanted to try to remember to incorporate into my normal vernacular:
Column1 | Column2 |
---|---|
1 | ![]() |
2 | ![]() |
3 | ![]() |
Also, as a fun fact, when I was in Madrid I learned the local slang “plantar un pino” or, “to plant a pine.” In other words, they’ve drawn on the similarity between a poop and a pine cone…you can figure it out from there I bet :)
Anyway, happy Friday!
