Looks like this gambling website had enough and decided to leave with as much profit as possible. The website isn't working at the moment. It seems the liquidated the majority of the steem they had. Their discord is also inactive. Unfortunately, as of now we can't really do anything about it until some people with a bit more information can find out who this person if not team of people are.
