Castlevania this game started with the Nintendo, moved to Super Nintendo and then got on to the Playstation
Castlevania's Simon Belmont set a trend like no other, there was even a Hacker Ring named after the Belmont Family lead by a guy who carried the nickname Vincent Belmont, he'd apparently go in to Internet Relay Chat (IRC) role playing rooms and he'd target Vampire's in the RPG games and he'd assemble his hackers and they'd flood the Vampire'guilds rooms and take them over and leave the rooms with a topic that read " Room has been cleansed of the vampire breeds" and he and his group would go on their way. Pretty messed up but interesting that it all started from a game. Another awesome thing about this game is it continued based off the Belmont Family tree and blood line after Simon came Richter, and then Dracula's son Alucard (Dracula spelled backwards for those of you who didn't know) even joined their ranks to assist in combating against his own father. Castlevania in my opinion has legendary status in the gaming world. There were so many top sellers in the gaming world back when this game was actively played that I couldn't even list them all.
Although the graphics sucked, this the original is still me all time favorite
If any other Steem Gaming Community Members have any information, or know of any Castlevania Games that were really considered to be main stream please leave some info and I'll gladly look in to it and report back to the gaming community.
