Here are the changes in the new Dota 2 7.08 patch.
General Changes
- Wards now require a constant 2 hits to kill(both Observer and Sentry Wards). You need to simultaneously hit it to reward.
- The first tower or the Tier 1 armor aura increased ranging from 1-2.
- The base XP of the bounty runes are reduced from 25-0.
- The growth gold from bounty runes is increased from 2 per minute to 4 per minute.
- Roshan acquires 25% Status Resistance.
- Drafting time in All Pick matches is reduced from 30 to 25 seconds.
Item Changes
- Aeon Disk - health threshold is reduced from 80% to 70%.
- Battle Fury - non-hero units bonus damage is reduced from 60 to 50%.
- BKB - Cooldown is fixed to 70 seconds.
- Blink Dagger - Increased cooldown from 12 to 14 seconds.
- Enchanted Mange - increased mana restoration from 150 to 175.
- Faerie Fire - increased hp heal from 75 to 85.
- Force Staff - the time duration to reach the maximum distance is increased to 0.5 seconds.
- Hurricane Pike - the effect of force staff is carried since it is one of the recipes and cooldown increased from 18 to 23 seconds.
- Meteor Hammer - Cooldown is reduced from 40 to 28 seconds.
- Soul Ring* - the price of the recipe is increased to 200.
- Spirit Vessel - it's recipe's price is increased to 750.
Hero Changes
- Alchemist - Chemical Rage base attack is improved to 1.3/1.15/1
- Ember Spirit(Sleigh of Fist) - hero damage is increased to 25/50/75/100/
- Enchantress - base damage is reduced by 3.
- Jakiro - attack backswing is reduced from 0.5 to 0.3.
- Juggernaut(Blade Dance) - damage is reduced from 200% to 180%.
- Leshrac(Earth Split) - mana cost is reduced from 100/125/140160 to 80/100/120/140.
- Lina - Linas base intelligence is added by 3.
- Lion(Mana Drain) - applies slow to the target by 14/16/18/20%.
- Lycan(Shapeshift - increased cooldown from 120/90/60 to 130/105/80.
- Medusa - Mystic Snake's cast range is reduced to 700.
- Morphling - Morph cast range increased from 600 to 1000.
- Replicate - cast point is removed.
- Nature's Prophet(Wrath of Nature) -reduced cooldown to 70/65/60/
- Omniknight - degen aura is reduced to 275 range. Purification is also reduce to 400 range.
- Oracle - Fortune's End's mana cost is reduced from 110 to 75.
- Pangolier - Rolling Thunder's cooldown is increased to 70/65/60.
- ** Pudge** - rot's slow is reduced from 30% to 20/24/28 32%.
- Pugna - Life drain increased damage to 150/225/300. (Scepter on removes the cooldown).
- Shadow Fiend - Necromaster soul is reduced from 18/24/30/36 to 12/20/28/36.
- Shadow shaman - Shackle's damage reduced from 120/200/280/360 to 60/160/260/360. Ether Shock increased cooldown from 8 to 14/12/10/8.
- Tinker - base movement speed reduce from 305 to 290.
- Tiny - the cooldown of toss is increased from 8 to 11.
- Tusk - snowball can no longer cast when rooter or getting hold.
- Windranger - wind run mana cost reduced from 60 to 50.
