There are bound to be many interesting stories of how people got into gaming, let’s share some of them! Maybe it will inspire some people to start gaming and discover the magic behind the pixels, or maybe we’ll just have some fun with the nostalgia ;)
My story
One day while i was like 8-9 yo ( so 20 years ago :P ) my dad brought home a friend of his who happened to own a pc.
Back then pc's were rarer than they are now so we were quite impressed.Along with the pc he brought a floppy disk with pac-man and BOOM thats how i got my first experience with gaming.
After that it was a one way trip to more complex games.
Red alert,warcraft (rts),dota (later),age of empires,syberia and many more but finally i stumbled on WoW which gave me many new friend and countless hours of fun alongside with dota and lol.
