Another week has passed, another IBT Survival Island update
If life was different and we could spend more time on this the game it would be done for sure... Still things go at pace, we had a number of interesting challenges this week.
While we are trying to build a demo the full rich feature set of the game must be explored - which means thinking about the long term goals in the game. This means getting the basics right first, to make sure its scalable and everything works together - the demo won't be rushed out until the majority of the code is mastered
Hopefully these posts will be interesting to others who are looking into building their own çrypto based game.
Work was mainly around the things people can build when they get more advanced in game.
From a basic survival structure to more advanced buildings after spending along time trapped on the island.
When choosing to build a structure an interface needs to be available, so people can choose a wall, a door way a roof etc - All of which need there own care from a coding point of view
