Was time to get those Kale seedlings in the ground this morning! I should be able to start harvesting from my kale garden in about a week and it should provide my needs tell end of September! Spending quit a bit of dough on Kale thought the winter months turn into smoothies, salad, and I usually have Kale on my burgers and in my eggs for breakfast! Kale all Summer long!!! I have planted a number of different kinds of Kale to mix it up! And one else out there plant Kale?
