@simplymike Has a garden challenge that I am entering. Here is the link to the entry with all the rules listed.
Here is the garden. As I have stated in other posts and comments I did not do a garden on my own this year but have collaborated with my neighbor. As you can see the garden is broken up into 2 sections. The soil is sandy and requires a lot of water and fertiliser. The corn you see there growing, are from a bag of popcorn that the kernels were planted from.
Mammoth Sunflowers border the whole west side. They also attracts bees. I took a picture of the whole row of sunflowers and it didn't come out. Except the north section.
Here are some of the peppers. Sarron and Garden Salsa perpers.
This is a watermelon patch of black diamond. If you can believe it there are only six plants there.
The garden consists of Okra, Horseradish, Green beans, Baby Boo Pumpkins, Onions and Tomatoes to list most of the items.

This sums up the garden. My neighbor deserves all the credit for her work here. It's an everyday job. They are good people who are always ready to give a helping hand. I picked some tomatoes, cucumbers for a salad and squash to accompany a meal early this afternoon. It is nice to have friends to share everyday things with.
I hope you enjoyed the small tour.
