You hear a click and the floor gives way.

Even more strange. The rental car was left in the parking lot of the rental agency a few days later. It was however a day late so they gave you a fine. The gas tank was also empty so they gave you another fine. finally, all your belongings were still inside and had to be stored for 90 days so they gave you yet another fine.
You were never heard from again. As a year went by the unpaid bills from your trip went into collection. No family members even came to check up on you. The neighbors never checked in either. To this day no one knows you are missing. Lost and forgotten forever.
