GE will come back big time as soon they get rid of their unprofitable businesses.They are just having a bad time. GE Healthcare and GE Aviation just two of them has a operating income of about 10 billion every year. Just two of them. Where as LMT has 5.5 billion as operating income for the whole company for the year. Today GE has a market cap of 118 Billion and LMT has a market cap of 95 Billion. Are you kidding me??
BHGE Earned $433 million net income in the 4th quarter. GE owns 62.5% BHGE Worth Stake which is valued at about 20 Billion.Keep in mind BHGE is trading at lower end.
When people keep on saying GE will come down to $10 a stock. Seriously??? Do you think they will have a market cap of 80 Billion only??? GE Health care, GE Aviation and BHGE has a income of about 11 to 12 billion every year. Its just because they got screwed by GE Power and GE Capital recently and they had to balance their losses. Tomorrow lets say for the sake of argument they shut down GE Power and Capital they will be the GEM of wall street $1.5 earning per share from Healthcare Aviation and BHGE.
Why is GE Screwed Now??
GE Power and GE Capital. (Yes I agree Power business is down and they had to take the operating losses and GE Capital screwed them with charges)
