Q. Why can’t the Government print an unlimited currency?
A: There are no limitations on printing cash on any government. At that point ofr what reason don’t dovernments print as much money notes as they like? The Appropriate reason is Inflation.
This is because if the Govt print unlimited currency then there would be an increase in the flow of currency that will increase purchasing power of the people. This will tend to raise the prices of the product and results in the down fall of the currency and cases will be like as in Zimbabwe or Somalia where people have to carry a lot of money even to buy a packet of bread.
