Its about time South Carolina state have told Genesis Mining to stop operating in there state because they are selling securities. I had warned about about genesis Mining over a year ago. I invested $1200 had a horrible experience you can check out video below.
The issue with any cloud mining service is that there is no regulation of them and when they do not pay you you cant do a thing. They will because they can do what they want.
That's why I my advice for anyone thinking of investing in cloud mining not to bother as there is too many risks.
The Risks are Its could be a scam and they could run off
They make up there own rules and then break them.
Just mine yourself or buy the coins
Genesis Mining was a horrible company no customer service and once you pay them you will never get a refund or get your money back.
Will genesis Mining Stop no because its so profitable for them they are making million's milking the system and taking people money.
Here is my view on genesis from last year
I have recovered my investment but it took near a year and payment for a 2 year contact have all but stopped.
