Atmospheric geoengineering was invented as an exotic weapon to take the enemy by surprise and own the weather by 2025. Perhaps, other military enclaves that the states are have other time frame, yet, it could be most of them have the same time frame. It seems like all living beings are the enemies of those who invented it and implement it. Therefore those who find natural living beings as a threat certainly have to invent ways to take their opponents by surprise and obstruct them in their intentions.
We can find modern weather weapons in the patents; after all, they are only tools of the trade. And as such they are tradable, yielding profits for the owners in various ways. The idea of ownership calls for protection of the property, thus it has to be patented and the international patent law can enforce all to abide by it.
Let’s have a look which modern weather weapons the patents will show.
Out of 192 patents, from 1891 to 2008, presented in the Climate Wiever about weather modification, 16 were on fog creation/dissipation, 16 were on using antennas/waves for this purpose, 11 were on aerosols detecting/generating, 9 were on weather modification, 9 were on cloud seeding, 6 were on creating crystals (snow), 5 on precipitation, 4 were on vapor creation/dispersal, 4 were on creating rain, 4 on sequestering CO2, 3 on using satellites. The “statistics” from this list doesn’t show the whole picture, for that every patent should have been read. Of course there are more patents regarding weather modification to be found in Free Patents Online. There is not a weather phenomenon that they cannot do, except harmonious one.
Here is the tiny assortment of this weather weapons to present what type of technology it is and what type of disturbance on Earth it creates. Sure, there are lots of patents regarding hindering hail, dispersing inversion or fog and such, but here the most unwarranted will be presented. You may not believe what is falling down on us from the sky unless you read the patents. I never believed in mad scientist idea, but now I do.
First, we have the famous Knollenberg patent with official title Weather Modification Method, which is used to produce rain and snow (… and sleet), “The present invention provides a method for producing rain or snow from natural atmospheric clouds using seeding agents characterized by a high solubility in water and a large endothermic heat of solution in water.Typical examples of materials suitable for use in practicing this invention are urea, potassium nitrate, potassium nitrite, and ammonium nitrate. Laboratory experiments have shown urea to be effective in producing ice crystals in a vapor cloud having a temperature as high as +6° C. In field experiments, urea has been observed to cause snow showers in supercooled clouds."
There are already various catalysts for creating a rain bomb intended to prevent hail, warm cloud catalysts, methods for producing cumulus and cumulonimbus clouds, vapor generators whereby nuclear reactors are used, methods to diminish clouds ability to rain, patents to freeze nucleation, methods to create artificial ion clouds in the ozone layer by a vehicle passing through stratosphere releasing ablating coated microspheres of lithium hydride, sodium hydride, butyl lithium or ethyl cesium. But this is only one of the methods ion clouds are created, some methods use barium to achieve that.
Higher up, there we come to the weather modification by satellites. First, we will mention the Outer Space Sun Screen for Reducing Global Warming where large number of bubbles or tin-walled hollow objects are deployed in outer space to form a sun screen (I didn’t go check if it’s out there). Next, we mention Atmosphere Modification Satellite, ”which is intended to be the beginning of a possible world-wide network of satellites designed to improve Earth through application of techniques and monitoring resulting in atmosphere modification. Energy sources of said satellite consist of: solar, electrical, energy particle beam(s), laser and magnetohydrodynamics (MHD). At proper plane(s) of orbit, the satellite is capable of identifying target areas and administering "M-Probes" to monitor, sample and/or modify the atmosphere. There is no limit to the number of types of atmosphere modification the satellite will perform." Improve Earth? Earth was just fine before all this geoengineering. This sounds more like heating up the atmosphere to some unbearable temperatures. If this would stop she would maybe be able to heal herself and provide life for living natural beings further on.
Then, there is SWMS – Satellite Weather Modification System, which “uses earth satellites to harness solar energy to modify the thermodynamics and composition of the earth's atmosphere. SWMS has three subsystems: The first subsystem includes a network of earth satellites called Satellite Engines (SEs) used to reflect solar energy and/or transform solar energy into other forms of energy beams discharged at specified locations. The media at these locations and the media through which the energy beams pass absorb these energies and change them into heat. The second subsystem includes a large network of Remote Sensing Devices (RSDs). These sensors are used to measure local media compositions, dynamic parameters and thermodynamic properties. Sensor measurements are fed back to the third subsystem, which includes a network of Ground Control Stations (GCSs). GCSs provide energy beam guidance by estimating each beam's characteristics and its aim point trajectory as functions of time. Integration of these three subsystems establishes a sensor feedback energy beam guidance and control loop. SWMS's weather modification applications include alteration of precipitation, reclaiming of wasteland, reducing damage by bad weather, and improving environment. Its non-weather related applications include supplying concentrated energy to electricity generating stations (solar, wind and hydro), high latitude greenhouse farms, and solar powered airplanes."
Yet another patent is System and method for generalized irradiation "of relatively large surface areas of a planet, such as the earth, the moon, etc. for illumination, heating, weather control, etc., employing one or more planet-orbiting self-erecting planar-reflector satellites controlled in attitude and orbit position to reflect energy from the sun to a desired area on the planet's surface."
These are just some small sample of this type of patents. Of course, these are just patents. I might be dumb and too ignorant to understand all this high tech, but this seems more like global heating system. And I have been asking myself why this year was so hot and the air uncanny dry.
NASA has anticipated quite some time ago that the most dreadful weapon would be a Space Mirror “But like any other technical achievement the space mirror could also be employed for military purposes and, furthermore, it would be a most horrible weapon, far surpassing all previous weapons. It is well known that fairly significant temperatures can be generated by concentrating the sun's rays using a concave mirror (in a manner similar to using a so-called "burning glass"). Even when a mirror has only the size of the human hand, it is possible to ignite a handheld piece of paper or even wood shavings very simply in its focus.” It looks like scorched-earth policy, a military strategy which aims at burning down everything what the enemy might deem useful and can be used on own or foreign territory.
Then we also have Method and apparatus for triggering a substantial change in earth characteristics and measuring earth changes, which is used to trigger a substantial change in ionospheric characteristics of the earth and targets the magnetic equator of the Earth.
The Ancient Weather Weapons
We find the descriptions of ancient weapons in the Mahabharata and seem oddly similar to the above listed. Here is just a selection of the ancient weapons we find in ancient Indian texts, and listed on Wikipedia. Let’s see. Agneyastra is a weapon that would emit inextinguishable flames through normal means when discharged. Strange enough, when Tesla tested his Wardenclyff Tower, which was located on native American sacred site, a shaman in Siberia went from village to village telling people that Agni is going to come and that they should move away. Only one person didn’t want to move and perished when that agni fell on Tunguska. Close to this, we have Suryastra, that creates a “dazzling light that would dispel any darkness about and dry up water bodies”. Why do we hear than that some rivers in US just dried up? Jyotiksha astra would brighten up the dark area. Visoshana weapon would dry up everything. Then we find Varunastra, that ”would release torrential volumes of water” – I guess it would cause flood. Silastra could cause heavy wind to disappear while the Vayvayastra, a weapon to “bring about a gale capable of lifting armies off the ground". Sabda-veda astra would prevent the enemy to turn invisible. And, Twashtar astra used against group of enemies would “cause them to mistake each other for enemies and fight each other”.
Now, I don’t think that the scientists use those ancient weapons, but that many have been going to ashrams or to gurus to India, and learn from them about the ancient ones and try to replicate them. While in Russia, for instance, in Stalin’s time, quite some shamans were imprisoned in gulags together with scientists. I’m not going to explore those type of connections all over the planet and for every state, yet, the book Massoni written by Gioele Magaldi and Laura Maragnani, and Tiziano Terzani’s book A fortune-teller told me, indicate that they are scattered all over the planet and all of them from the same club on the top positions, now trying to take what isn’t theirs – life. Only harmonious weather supports life on Earth, not any scientific experiments. So, somehow the powers-that-be aim to create what isn’t theirs to create – the weather. If the Earth would be a machine then the technical solutions could be appropriate, but living beings are not machines and neither is the Earth.
This post is part of a series in Geoengineering Series in an effort to present idea that people should start understanding that the sky and the oceans should remain intact, as well as the Earth as a whole, thus also the mainland. But, because humans can’t just dismiss all the industry and construction, and all the rest, we can’t declare the whole Earth a national park, even if we would most probably be way better off by doing so. Even if it is already some 100 years or more too late it is still worth a try. The way I see it, is to give the sky and the oceans the official status of a national park where chemical experiments with weather or anything else are not permitted and not-tolerated, including influencing tropospheric rivers by electromagnetic means. But to whom such a motion/demand in a petition form should be delivered to?
