Soy de Venezuela, egresada en docencia de Educación Inicial, desde muy joven más o menos a los 18 años, actualmente tengo 29 años. Comencé una aventura en el mundo educativo, con mi carrera universitaria así como también algunos empleos (ventas de helados, dj en fiestas privadas y auxiliar de educación).
Fui ocupando mi tiempo en ello, a pesar que en ocasiones me llegaba a sentir cansada, tanto física como mentalmente , nunca deje de darle importancia a mis labores, es decir preferí darle prioridad a estas cosas ante que a mi misma, haciendo caso omiso a aquello que dicen que sin salud no podemos hacer nada.
Me fui enfermando, comencé a sentir molestias en mi seno derecho y en mi endometrio. Aunque iba al médico y mandaban los medicamentos no podía cumplir con ello pues en mi país también la situación económica no es la mejor, a demás de mi falta de compromiso conmigo misma.
Trabajaba mucho (eso me produjo mucho estrés y cansancio). Así que viendo mi estado y lo mal que me encontraba, tome la decisión con influencia de este concurso de ver mi salud y luego ocuparme de los demás asuntos. Cuando fui al medico me diagnosticaron que tenia quistes mamarios y una especie de endometrio engrosado esto ocasiona que mis períodos menstruales sean dolorosos y con hemorragias debilitandome aún más, de lo que me encontraba.
Nota: los tratamientos los he cumplido vía oral (vitaminas) e intravenosa (hidratacion, antiflamatorios y antihemorragicos).

Here I can tell you a bit about me, so that they know my story.
I worked a lot (that caused me a lot of stress and fatigue). So seeing my status and how bad I was, I made the decision with influence of this contest to see my health and then deal with the other issues.When i went to the doctor I was diagnosed that she had breast cysts and a sort of thickened endometrium this causes my painful menstrual periods and with bleeding that I weakened even more to me health.
Note: the treatments I have met mouth (vitamins) and intravenous (hydration, antiflamatorios and Antihemorrágica).
Sometimes, not only are the situations that make you lose interest to do things for our health, many times we are ourselves who we put stones on the road. With our attitudes and lack of interest in our health, we allow ourselves to be enveloped by the routine without thinking about the consequences that in the long term can bring us.
That is why it is important to have a lot of self-love, learn to understand when our body speaks to us and meet our needs on time so as not to affect or our great temple called body nor our friend named self-esteem.
I am sure that little by little my health will improve with this new way of thinking - as I learn to regulate my activities, I started giving due importance my health, food and security in my because of so many falls and concerns also came out affected my self-esteem.
Now I show more strength in what corresponds to my own well-being and in wanting to go slowly improving and thus be able to give another example that with perseverance, responsibility and love in yourself you can get to have a good-quality health care.
