Documents Claim Prince Andrew Helped to Reduce Sentence For Epstein

Newly released court documents on a lawsuit against Ghislaine Maxwell have brought to light some interesting revelations.

This particular revelation is in regards to Prince Andrew and how he pressured the US Government to reduce the sentence for Jeffrey Epstein in a child prostitution charge against the now alleged dead notorious VIP sex trafficker.

These documents are part of a defamation lawsuit brought by Giuffre against Maxwell back in 2015, who was arrested on federal charges that she helped procure under-aged girls for Epstein’s sex-trafficking operation.

The documents were made public Thursday following a long battle for their release.

Two unnamed victims of Epstein, identified as Jane Doe 1 and Jane Doe 2, allege in the documents that the late financier relied on help from Andrew and other high-profile friends, including Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz, to secure a reduced sentence from the U.S. Attorney’s office in South Florida, according to summaries of the documents from Courthouse News, the Telegraph and the Daily Mail. Now this isn't exactly evidence that Prince Andrew did indeed play any part in the reduction in Epstein's sentence, it's an accusation by 2 unnamed victims.

However, it seems a very plausible accusation based on what we know about Prince Andrew's long-term friendship with Ghislaine Maxwell and his apparent loyalty to Epstein himself, as was seen in his week-long visit to one of Epstein's residencies when he ended their friendship (...that wasn't a friendship according to the bumbling ramblings of Prince Andrew himself[3])

The Miami Herald and others, including some of Epstein’s victims, had sought release of the documents. Jane Doe 1 and Jane Doe 2 alleged in the documents that Queen Elizabeth’s son was among the powerful friends Epstein relied on to win special favors from U.S. authorities.

“(They are) seeking documents regarding Epstein’s lobbying efforts to persuade the government to give him a favorable plea arrangement, including efforts on his behalf by Prince Andrew and former Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz,” they claim.[2]

With everything that has followed since the 'suicide' (wink-wink) of Jeffrey Epstein, we need to be careful not to let it slip away unnoticed.

I'll be following the case very closely and placing a critical eye over the documents in the coming days.

As for Alan Dershowitz, well, I'll save that discussion for another day.
