Hey GnG's
I have been in conversations of late, that make me think. For me thinking is always a good thing. But I have to remind my self, don't over think to the point of not doing anything. So some things I have been questioning of late are. What happens when you reach your first goal? How will I know when I've reached the point of success? What are the metric I use to realize that success?
What's Success
Honestly, I'm not totally sure at this point what my long term ideas of success is. Plus, the meaning of success can very depending on the person and what they have going on at the time. But for me, right now. I will measure my short term level of success being able to pay my bills on time and having food in my fridge, lol... My other marker of success would me being in a position to take care of the family and friends (I don't mean paying their bills. But Helping them get into the space and do well)... Yes GnG's, I'm that simple. It's not about being coming the next millionaire and getting a lamdo. Just not my motivation.
Figuring Out A Metric
Like I said in the short time its about getting stable in maintaining the bills. So the metrics for that is simple. Am I paying the bills on time. Or am I still dealing with things on a check to check basis. Will any unexpected event ruin me. When looking to work for yourself, these are real questions that you need to know. Just sitting here now and typing this. my next question is when can I start actually charging for my services and what I know? I guess I'll have to figure that out sooner than later. I'll let you guys know how that goes.
